Refund Policy
We don’t compromise on quality and service, so you can return or exchange any product with a grace period of 1 month after receiving the item. But due to the high volume of orders, we urge our customers to ensure the reason of return is either the item is damaged or it’s defected or in other terms not the same what you ordered to avoid extra hustle and bustle.
We reserve the right as per the government legislation in compliance with health & hygiene concerns to refuse any return. Any items worn, used, dirty, washed or altered cannot be exchanged or returned. You may try the item in case of fitting and measurement but it’s limited to just trying, in case the item is being torn apart; we will not take the responsibility of return or exchange. In case of an exchange, you must place a new order while processing your return. It usually takes up to 7 working days to review and except a return due to quality check. Once the quality check is done, you will receive a confirmation email stating your return is accepted along with the instructions to be followed to receive the exchange. We don’t charge any additional fee against your return and exchange.
